At Capital Urgent Care, we strive to find new ways to better serve the individuals in our community. Immigration Medical Exams have become a high demand. And once again, Capital Urgent Care is here to supply convenience, ease and value by adding a “Designated Civil Surgeon” to our professional team of qualified and compassionate, health care providers.

The Immigration Medical Exam is required for many types of immigration. Here at Capital Urgent Care, we understand how stressful the process can be for immigration. We perform the Immigration Medical Exam most days of the week and are often able to examine patients the same day they call for an appointment. Entire families can also be seen in one visit. Evening and weekend hours are also available.

To make your visit efficient and worry free, preparation is key. Please view our list of required items to bring to your Immigration Medical Exam appointment. It will also help if you get a better understanding of what the full immigration medical exam includes - so be sure to read through all the information listed below. Should you have any questions, we have a thoroughly trained medical staff ready to assist you. 919.878.3655

The Immigration Medical Exam:

Physical Examination: all immigration applicants are required to have a physical examination and mental status evaluation. Per USCIS medical requirements, the medical exam must include a search for any signs of infectious diseases involving the entire body, including private areas. *This will require complete disrobing.
