FLU IMMUNIZATIONS for CORPORATIONS

BILLING OPTIONS

CORPORATE VOUCHERS

These function as a gift certificate - They are purchased by the Employer to distribute to Employees. The Flu Shot will be administered at Capital Urgent Care at the employee’s convenience. 

CORPORATE COUPONS

These allow employees who are unable to attend an On-site clinic, as well as employees who work from home or in an office location with only a few employees, an opportunity to receive a shot at Capital Urgent Care. Once the coupon is redeemed, Capital Urgent Care can either (1) bill the Employer or (2) collect payment from the employee – this must be decided in advance when ordering corporate coupons for distribution among your employees and additional family members.  This is an added benefit for extended family and friends to reserve a flu shot.
